One patient at a time

The following patient had a hair transplant to improve the density of her hairline. Hair units were placed to fill in the angle between the frontal and temporal hair and within the egg-shaped area in the center of the front hair called the “frontal core”. The first photo shows a slight redness to the scalp and was taken just at the completion of a hair transplant. The transplanted hairs grew for a few weeks to months, shed, then regrew. The new hairs are in for life. The second photo was taken one year after the transplant. You can see the substantial improvement in density. Everyone’s hairline, donor hair, and need is different.
